Mental health is often stigmatised to be about struggle, weakness, isolation and shame. Rarely do we hear terms such as courage, celebration, connection or acceptance. As someone who has been on a long and winding mental health journey, I believe that should chance. By fostering positive conversation and normalising the taboo walls that surround mental health, together we change the face of mental health. By connecting with others, sharing experiences and having those conversations, we can find support and normalise the discussion… so let’s talk! With every purchase and every wear, you are sparking and contributing to a discussion that needs to be had! All proceeds of the t-shirt will be donated to Liptember, A campaign dedicated to raising funds and awareness for women’s mental health, harnessing the true potential of the collective, encouraging and inspiring people to listen, share, and learn.
